In our timed tests the render wait after pressing generate was under a minute. No account, no card, nothing to install. They are concepts, not quotations, and they are labelled as AI visualisations.

The AI concept is free. Beyond that, Virento is pre-launch: we are not contracting design packs or builds yet, and no fee is being taken from anyone. When that changes, the detailed design pack — drawings, specifications, lighting plan, planting schedule — will be a separate one-off fee agreed in writing before any work starts.

UAE summer also shortens permitted outdoor working hours, which has to be programmed in rather than wished away. Virento has not yet delivered a build, so we are not publishing durations we cannot evidence — we would rather work through the sequence against your actual plot and community.

That is the intended scope: municipality permits, community NOCs, structural drawings through registered engineering consultancies, and electrical and plumbing sign-offs. The intended model is single-point management: one project manager coordinating specialist trades — pool builders, planting crews, joiners, electricians, lighting specialists — with one invoice and one point of contact. Those trade relationships are being established now, and we will not claim a track record we do not have.

The intended model is building rather than running maintenance contracts. The plan at handover: a pack with as-built drawings of every buried service, whatever manufacturer warranties the installed products carry, and a written maintenance schedule, with defects cover set out in the build contract itself. Ask what the substrate line says. In outdoor construction the invisible half is often the expensive half — excavation, compaction, waterproofing, movement joints, sleeved services — and it is the part a cheaper quote may have dropped. An unstated exclusion is an inclusion. Our own intention is to name materials by brand and model and to list exclusions on the first page, so that what is missing from any quote is visible.
